Bill Koll’s name has become synonymous with high quality homes.  From the unique designs, the outstanding quality, and old world craftsmanship, every home is built with his desire to surpass the expectations of the client.  A fourth generation of home builders, beginning in California where he worked with his father, Myron Koll, he then successfully created his own company and constructed over 1800 single family units, several condos, apartment buildings, and developed subdivisions. Bill continues the proud tradition of the Koll family of builders.

Moving to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho in 1993 Koll began developing several properties, renovating homes, apartments, and to date building thirty five custom homes, of various styles and size, ranging from 1600 to 8,000 square feet. Several of the award winning homes have received local and national recognition.

Currently, Rainbow Mountain Development, Bill Koll and his team of professional subcontractors are building homes in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, North Dakota, and in California with his son, Greg Koll, President of Koll Custom Homes.
